Ehrmanns, trading as EI Wines UK, is a long-established UK wine importer and wholesaler founded in 1875. They are a major supplier across multiple channels including retail, on-trade, and specialist sectors.
Today, they manage a diverse portfolio of over 30 family-owned wineries spanning roughly 13–15 countries such as Argentina, Australia, Chile, Germany, Italy, Spain, South Africa, and the USA.
Ehrmanns places significant emphasis on organic, sustainable, and fair-trade wines, regularly launching innovative projects—such as the Rewild range which plants a tree for every bottle sold—and serving as a pioneer in bringing ethical brands to the UK market.

Ehrmanns represents Stellar Organics, the leading South African producer of organic, fair-trade, and no-sulphur-added wines, in its UK portfolio.

Through this relationship, Ehrmanns has launched special branded ranges, most notably the “Dig This!” line in collaboration with Stellar and NGO Greenpop. The range includes:

A Chenin–Sauvignon Blanc blend (fruit-forward)
A Shiraz–Cabernet Sauvignon blend (easy-drinking)
For every bottle sold, 6% of retail value is donated to Greenpop and Stellar Foundation initiatives the drinks business.

Additionally, Ehrmanns includes Stellar’s Running Duck series in its offerings, featuring no‑added-sulphur Shiraz, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot—all aligned with its organic and ethical ethos
